Being an employee at Perstorp means your performance really counts. In realizing your full potential, we offer a wide variety of training courses throughout the year, leadership programs, talent management, skills development and individualized development plans.
Individualized development plans
You will have room to grow at Perstorp, to challenge and to learn. Together with your immediate manager, you’ll review your performance, establish goals, determine targets for the future and discuss your career ambitions. This is done on a regular basis through our group-wide process Performance Management & 发展 (PMD).
Leadership programs
In successfully developing a qualified workforce, successful leadership is vital. We t在这里fore invest in both our current and future leaders through leadership programs. These programs are not only great opportunities for your personal development, you also become an important link in developing the skills of fellow employees, which means improvements for the entire company.
Talent management
Perstorp has set objectives for becoming self-sufficient to 75% in the internal resourcing of critical roles (leadership, specialist and project manager roles) through internal methods. The purpose of the Talent Management Process is to enable the Perstorp Group to identify, 验证, select and develop its own talent. The Talent Management Process is conducted annually, and well-aligned with other existing and well-established HR processes. This enables assessments of both the performance and potential of our staff.
Employee survey
This is perhaps more of a development opportunity for Perstorp, but it also gives you a chance to influence your working conditions. Every second year we investigate how our employees feel about working at Perstorp. The results provide the basis for follow-up and prioritizing actions. We also conduct a mini-survey in the years we don’t do the major one. The surveys are of course anonymous, which is why we use an external vendor.
J O Nauclér Memorial Foundation
In the fields of 侦探hnology and economics as related to the activities of the Perstorp Group, the Board of Trustees annually awards scholarships for educational purposes or research.
